At Cowick Cats Netball Club, we believe that sports can bring people together, promote healthy competition, and build lifelong friendships. Our performance teams are our elite athletes, that not only have the skill set but the mind set to thrive in an exciting, challenging environment. Our expert coaches, host trials for the highly sort after performance team positions once a year. Team selection is rigorous and open to anyone fitting the correct age group - not just current members. Our coaches are always supporting development squad members to give them the best chance to be selected for performance too. This can happen through the season as well. As a club we see movement between the squads as healthy and a great way to support members .
